Been coming here every couple of weeks since living in Leeds and the girls never disappoint! Always super quick, friendly, chatty and helpful! They let you know the price straight away/along the process so you’re not surprised at the end and also offer student discount! Couldn’t recommend more!! Also they fixed a very sore and broken toenail in time for my graduation perfectly 🙏🙏
Amazing nail salon. Such friendly staff and very good prices. My third time coming and I will continue to in the future!!! Thank you charming nails :) also incredibly talented artist at the designs!!
10/10 service and 10/10 quality, the ladies at Charming Nails are always so friendly and their skills are insane. The shop is really cute and has such a warm and welcoming vibe. Me and my friends have been coming here for two years and have never left disappointed. Strongly recommend xx
I hadn’t been to Charming Nails for almost two years. I only get my nails done every few months as a treat, and my previous visits weren’t great so I stopped going. I decided to give it another try today as it was the only place open on a Sunday and unfortunately that was a mistake. The staff are friendly enough, but the quality of the acrylics with gel is extremely poor. If you’re not getting nail art, it feels like they don’t care about the finish at all. My nails are thick, unevenly polished and look bulky and clumsy. I don’t have the time now to get them removed and redone elsewhere, which is really disappointing. I’ve left a review before and their response was the usual “let us know before you leave”. Fair enough in theory, but when they give you barely a moment to actually look at your nails before ushering you out, it’s clear they don’t want to spend the time fixing anything. At the first sign of unhappiness with your nails, tell them straight away.
amazing experience!! i came in with really cheaply done nails but the lady i had (so sorry don’t know her name) took so much time and care to get them off and do maybe the best set of nails i’ve ever had. she was gentle and asked me every step of the way if i liked them and was happy to change anything if i wanted. i will definitely be coming back and i highly highly recommend :)
